Chantal "Taly" Russell

Taly Russell is the CEO and Founder of SilverChair Partners, a search firm fully dedicated to the placement of top EA/PA's and HR to New York VIP's. With twelve years of hands on experience in this field on the heels of eight years being a casting director for film and television, Taly is known as one of the Administrative and HR Search profession recruiting leaders in the US.

Taly Russell is actively involved in a number of different philanthropies and is a long term volunteer with The Mentoring Partnership of New York in which she tutors students. She is also an active member of the Baby Buggy foundation committee, a panel volunteer for The Robin hood Foundation, a member of the Junior Committee of the Museum of Natural History, and was on the Steering Committee for the Young Patrons Society of Lincoln Center. This group was formed in early 2004 to bring new involvement to a younger generation by creating a membership and event program that would make it more accessible to diversified membership.

Born in Zurich and raised in NYC, Taly Russell is a graduate with distinction of New York University with a combined degree in Business and Political Science. She is married to Trigger Media CEO Andy Russell, who is also the founder of InsideHook.com and HostCommittee.com. She is mom to Skye Russell, a second grader at Riverdale Country School and Dylan Russell, a first grader also at Riverdale Country School. The family spends most weekends at their country home in North Salem where they have created a Peter Pan oasis in which they entertain friends and family frequently. When she is not diving with sharks and climbing the world's greatest peaks (climbed Kilimanjaro in 2002), Taly is an avid 15k runner and skier.
