Health and Fitness expert, television star and two time #1 New York Times best-selling author, Bob Harper is one of the most successful lifestyle experts in the world as trainer on NBC’s global hit show, The Biggest Loser, which is about to begin shooting its 15th season.
His recent book, Jumpstart to Skinny, released in April 2013 and debuted in the #1 spot on the New York Times bestseller list, bringing fans a three-week plan with thirteen short-term rules to supercharge weight loss. This followed the success of his 2012 book, The Skinny Rules, which provides 20 simple, nonnegotiable principles to sustain a consistent and healthy lifestyle.
The success of The Biggest Loser, his books and Harper’s overall brand has afforded him the incredible platform to exemplify his passion and vigor as one of the most in-demand fitness specialists worldwide. Harper was raised on a cattle farm in Nashville, Tennessee before making his way to Los Angeles in pursuit of his dreams.
