Q: What is the craziest thing you have ever done (the more detail, the better)?
A: The craziest thing I have ever done is compete in cross-country. Cross-country, which consists jumping a course of wood, rock, and water jumps on horseback, is very intense and injuries to the horse and rider aren't uncommon. This is a timed event, so at full speed the competitors run at solid jumps which are camouflaged and often frightening to the horse. When I'm done going through the course I normally haven't taken a breath, and either have my parents.
Q: Do you cook and/or bake anything? If so, what are your special dishes?
A: I love boiling a red bell pepper, and stuffing it with (instant) brown rice and some salsa. That's pretty much my specialty, and just about the only thing I can make without starting a fire or setting off an alarm.
Q: If you were handed 10 million dollars, what would you splurge on?
A: There's no way I could spend 10 million dollars on myself. I would spend a portion of the money on my education, and help my close family and friends if they're in need. I would also donate alot, if not all of the rest,(which would probably be a TON), on doing some charity work that I could be directly involved with. I would love to get to travel and work with children and families across the world any way that I could.
Q: If you could meet one celebrity, who would it be and why?
A: Kevin James without a doubt! I am a huge fan of The King of Queens, a show he used to star in, and think we have a similar sense of humor, so it would be fun to meet him.
Q: What is unique about you (something no other contestant can say about themselves)?
A: Something not very many people can say is that they have performed in Carnegie Hall. My high school choir was chosen to sing in Carnegie Hall along with a few other selected choirs. The experience was out of this world, as was the entire trip to NYC.
