Q: What is the craziest thing you have ever done?
A: The craziest thing I have ever done was risk my life by driving a jeep up a large mountain in Russia. Last summer, my sister and I traveled to Southern Russia to tour the area. During our trip we were informed there were shops and beautiful views near the top of one of the mountains. Excited, we obtained a jeep and proceeded to start driving it up this mountain, which had a narrow one lane dirt road. The road was rocky, windy, steep, and had no guard rails. The jeep had a manual shift and each time I shifted gears it would slow down and start rolling backward. Even if we thought it was not a good idea to continue forward, we could not turn around on the one lane dirt road, and had no choice but to keep driving higher and higher. I tried not to look out the side window because we were thousands and thousands of feet high. We started to have trouble breathing and our ears were popping as we got closer to the top of the mountain. When we reached our destination, we quickly reviewed the shops, took some photos, jumped back in the jeep, and inched our way back down the frightening road. Thankfully I did not sneeze or lose concentration because any loss of concentration or sudden movements would for sure have caused our jeep to veer of the road and roll down the mountain. We both had tears of joy and relief when we safely reached the bottom. We have beautiful photos of the scenery from the top of the mountain, but will never do that again.

Q: What is unique about you (something no other contestant can say about themselves)?
A: I am sure that no other contestant can say that they have moved to the United States at age 15 and learned to speak English fluently in four years.

Q: Do you cook and/or bake anything? If so, what are your special dishes?
A: In preparation for the pageant I have been following a very strict eating plan. It requires me to eat eight meals daily and all the food has to be homemade. So in the last two months, I have mastered the exceptional technique of baking plain chicken, boiling plain brown rice, and of course my specialty-plain steamed broccoli. I can write a cook book!

Q: If you were handed 10 million dollars, what would you splurge on?
A: My career goal is to own my own business in the health and beauty industry. If I was handed 10 million dollars I would continue to work to obtain my Bachelor and Masters degree at the University of Alaska Anchorage. I would spend most of the money building and managing my own medical spa. Making people feel beautiful and building their self confidence in a safe and professional manner would be the first and most important goal of my company.

Q: If you could meet one celebrity, who would it be and why?
A: One celebrity who I have always wanted to meet is Palestinian-American businessman and innovator Farouk Shami. He has been my inspiration since I have started my career in the beauty industry. Farouk first started as a hairdresser and now owns and operates his own multibillion dollar business Farouk Systems, INC.
