Michael Greenwald is the Vice President of Talent at Buchwald / Fortitude talent agency based in Los Angeles and New York City, a position he has held for 16 years. He has worked in the entertainment industry for 22 years where he began his early career in New York at “Saturday Night Live” and MTV.
Greenwald started in Hollywood at Susan Smith & Associates and then moved on to the Paradigm Talent Agency where he worked with Ben Affleck, Matt Damon, Adrien Brody, Sarah Michelle Gellar and Scarlett Johansson. In 1996, he joined Don Buchwald & Associates where he helped develop the careers of Hilary Duff, Zach Quinto, Josh Duhamel, Rainn Wilson, Seth Green, Jim Caviezel and supermodel Angie Everhart.
Some of the present clients at Buchwald / Fortitude include Elle MacPherson, Vanessa Williams, Juliette Lewis, Rachel Blanchard, Norman Reedus, Fairuza Balk, Kathleen Turner, Kevin Pollak, Craig Kilborn, Elisabeth Rohm, D.B. Sweeney, George Takei, Ernie Hudson and Cybil Shepard. The agency represents clients on many TV shows including MTV’s “Awkward,” FX’s “Sons of Anarchy,” the new Marc Cherry show, “Devious Maids” on The CW and AMC’s “Waking The Dead” as well as clients starring in big studio films.
Originally from New York, Greenwald was trained as an Art Director and is a graduate of Parson’s School Of Design and Vassar College. Greenwald resides in Los Angeles, where he is a trained chef, certified yoga teacher, photographer and adventure mountain climber.
