Beverly Frank is the Executive Vice President of Business Affairs and Operations for 19 Entertainment, Inc., a division of CORE Media Group. Based in Los Angeles, 19 Entertainment is CORE's production, recording, touring and artist management division, and co-producers of the television series "American Idol" and "So You Think You Can Dance." Frank joined 19 in 2009 as General Manager and Director of US Legal.
Prior to joining 19 Entertainment, Frank was Senior Counsel in the Los Angeles office of Proskauer Rose. Before that, Frank was a member of the Entertainment, Advertising and Media Practice Group of Manatt Phelps & Phillips. Frank's practice involved representing clients in the entertainment, media, Internet, retail and financial services industries in complex business and commercial litigation, copyright and entertainment litigation, employment counseling and litigation, civil rights, defamation, antitrust, unfair trade practices and trade secret law and other business contract and tort claims.
Frank was an associate in the Litigation Department of Weil Gotshal & Manges and an associate in the Litigation, Employment and Labor practice of Vedder Price Kaufman and Kammholz in New York. After graduating from law school, Frank clerked for The Honorable Jillyn K. Schulze of the United States District Court, District of Maryland. Frank earned her J.D. from George Mason University School of Law and her B.A. from Georgetown University.
